Have you ever found yourself thinking “I wish I could still buy a brand new Chrysler Sebring Convertible, they just don’t make them like that anymore” well then rejoice! Here we have a 55k mile example that still has plastic on the seats.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
And in typical Craigslist fashion the ad is a massive three lines long:
“Summer car
Car is very clean and wonderful 4 new tires, everything works and Genuine
Always in the garage do not drive this car never”
Riveting.
NPOCP. You decide.

LOL

Given the flags and condition, I’m guessing it has pretty much only seen use as a 4th of July parade car for some small town politician. haha

55k sounds like a lot of parades.

They’re some of those weirdos who are way too into a particular holiday, and celebrate the 4th of July on the 4th day of every month.

There is an offroad kit for Segways, yes. My mom’s cousin (who has MS, a great reason) has a Segway and got the offroad wheels so he could do swaps - then found that it needs reprogramming for the different wheel mass to go with the swap. Don’t know if he ever finished the conversion.

“Always in the garage do not drive this car never”
Do not drive this car never indeed. That's just good advice when it comes to a Sebring.

I didn’t look at the price, but if they are asking money for it, CP.
Also why did they cover the seats in saran wrap?

Plastic on the seats so my tears don’t soak into the cloth.

I know a guy who wasn't into cars and was opposite of cool in every way. And his dream car was a Sebring convertible.

People love to hate Sebrings, but for the right person they are great. My dad has owned 2 (first one was totalled by a truck) and has no complaints. The world needs more convertibles, even if they are only good for leisurely driving.

OY!
I’m going to be on the other side of the fence here and say I that I bought my 1994 Chrysler LeBaron in 2007 with 45,000 miles on it and it was a WONDERFUL car.
Not my car, but it looked exactly like this.
The shrink wrapped seats are a bit much, and the price is a bit high, but I don’t believe it’s a CP. Maybe about $4,500-$5,000 for that condition would be a fair price.

Ehhh might pay $4,000. I like the way these look. Then again, id probably just find a $4,000 Miata instead.

Plastic on the seats? That means no other persons farts have scarred the seat material.
NP - not really, it’s not even the better(and I use that loosely) body style that came later. CP.

Reminds me of plastic covered furniture from my grandparents house in Minneapolis. Image from the internets.
